Price Forecasting in WEM with Machine Learning Model in PLEXOS

Proof of concept for machine learning model setup in the WEM PLEXOS dataset and training the model for price forecasting on historical data. Utilization of trained machine learning model for short-term price forecasting based on forecast data from AEMO and forecast renewable generation from third party providers.
